Paid-in-Full Card Concept

Illustrated and hand lettered multiple concepts for a currently in-progress initiative to better acknowledge and celebrate when a customer fully pays off all of their Sallie Mae loans. Currently, they only receive a plain form letter stating they’ve paid off their loans, so there is an appetite to do better and explore more options to make this happen. The team is currently exploring a greeting card concept, with the intent to build off it if response is positive.
